About Mindflow Solutions

Attending a Mindflow Solutions programme will introduce you to a variety of mindfulness-based strategies and skills which will equip you with the ‘tools’ to cope effectively with stress and difficulty in your life. Mindfulness programmes have also shown to improve general wellbeing, self esteem and happiness.

The central skill that you will learn is Mindfulness – the ability to be fully present in each moment, paying attention to inner and outer experience without judging it, from one moment to the next.

Mindflow solutions programmes are based on the well proven and thoroughly researched Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) programmes.
